Ryan John Art Salon, is a custom picture framing and art supply boutique in Northern Liberties. Ryan John Art Salon opened its doors in September of 2008 on Liberties walk, the hip central hub for artists, professionals, and entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area.
It is Cynthia Blackwood and managing Partner Ryan Heiser’s hope to develop the business into a true art salon; a place where the neighborhood can gather to discuss and learn about art and the art making process. Future endeavors include art classes, open studio time, and art exhibitions by local and emerging artists.
Ryan John Art Salon is more than just framing. While at this time Custom Framing is the main focus of our business, Art salon also offers art installation in your home, dry mounting, custom mirrors, minor frame and art repair, as well a basic line of art supplies for artists of all ages. We’re never opposed to “almost custom” framing either…bring a frame and we’ll cut you a custom mat to fit your needs.
